1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using Wer Gaming Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not wish to be bound by the Terms, please refrain from accessing our services.

2. DEFINITIONS

In these Terms, "Wer" refers to the operator of the platform. "Services" means Wer's gaming platform, including but not limited to casino games, lotteries, poker, bingo and sports betting ("Gambling Services").

3. USE OF SERVICES

You must be at least 18 years old (or such higher minimum age as required by applicable law) to use our services.

4. GAMBLING RESTRICTIONS

You are prohibited from using Wer's Gaming Services while in a country or province where gambling is restricted, including but not limited to countries under international sanctions and U.S. embargoed destinations.

5. ACCOUNT SECURITY AND MANAGEMENT

You must protect the confidentiality of your username and password for access to our services. You shall be responsible for any activity occurring through your account if it was accessed by you with knowledge or reasonable belief that someone else would also access such account, unless Wer is notified promptly about the unauthorized access and/or use.

6. PAYMENT AND WAGERING

Wer reserves the right to cancel payments at its sole discretion and may suspend or terminate any gaming account where deposits are made in breach of applicable law, including but not limited to anti-money laundering laws ("AML").

7. RISK WARNING AND RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING

Gambling on our platform involves risks that can lead to financial loss; users should only wager what they can afford to lose and take regular breaks from gaming.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

All disputes arising out of or related in any way to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration under the laws, with arbitration governed (the "Rules") administered by an arbitral organization having its main office located in such jurisdiction and that has been given accreditation as a consumer dispute resolution agency.

9. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS

Wer may update or change these Terms from time to time; if we do so, the updated terms will be posted at our website with any new version of these Terms superseding prior versions.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance law without giving effect to its conflict-of-law provisions or principles (whether of such jurisdiction or of another jurisdiction), except as otherwise set forth in the Rules applicable to arbitration under paragraph 8.

11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND SEVERABILITY

The terms hereof are intended to be a complete and exclusive statement of agreement between Wer and you, superseding all prior agreements with respect hereto. If any term or provision hereof is held to be invalid or unenforceable by competent authority, such hold will not affect the validity, enforceability, and/or applicability of the other terms.

12. ADDITIONAL TERMS

Additional terms and conditions may apply to use of our services ("Additional Terms"); Wer reserves the right to modify Additional Terms at its sole discretion with no prior notice.

13. FORCE MAJEURE

Wer shall have no liability or responsibility for any failure in performing or fulfilling any term hereunder due to natural disasters, acts of God or other "force majeure" events which make performance impossible or impracticable according to applicable law and regulatory policies.

14. CLOSING OF Lotto Quebec Casino GAMBLING SERVICES

At Wer's discretion, we can at any time discontinue offering all gambling services (including but not limited to termination of an account), terminate our business with a user's jurisdiction in order to protect the integrity and profitability of such users' jurisdictions, or limit access to specific products for individuals living within designated geographical areas.

15. CHANGES AND LIMITATIONS TO SERVICE

Wer may suspend or change any service temporarily during technical updates, maintenance, or due to unforeseen events; we have no obligation to continue providing certain features that are deemed too difficult to maintain and our users will be notified accordingly through the "News & Updates" section on our platform.

16. CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION

We collect your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws, use it solely for legitimate business purposes (including but not limited to verification of identity and payment processing) as detailed within [insert link or reference to our Privacy Policy], which also specifies measures taken to secure the confidentiality thereof.

17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION LANGUAGE

All disputes will be resolved in English. 18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES

Wer does not warrant that Services will operate uninterrupted or without fault (either intentionally or through neglect), nor can it be held liable in relation thereto; any performance standards agreed upon between you and us remain subject to applicable law, including but not limited to [insert jurisdiction] laws governing consumer warranties.

19. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify Wer against all losses suffered resulting from breach of these Terms by your actions or those for whom you are responsible.

20. DEFAULT

If there should be any failure on the part of either party to comply with this agreement, such will not constitute default unless (i) such non-compliance continues beyond a period of [insert time limit] after written demand and notification has been sent requesting its discontinuation; or (ii) Wer believes such breach might prejudice other users' interests.

21. CESSATION OF USE

Upon receiving notice to that effect, you must immediately discontinue any use of the Services in order not to incur liability under paragraph 20 above as a result thereof and shall provide all necessary assistance for cessation including providing access where required by Wer or third-party agents upon written instructions; such discontinuation does not relieve your obligation with regard to paragraphs 1 through 19 above.
